Tell visitors a little about you.  Why they should contact you?  

I founded BabyNav after being a full time working mom in a demanding environment through both my pregnancies (including one set of twins) and experiencing the overwhelming load that can bring. My previous career had been based on research, organization and project management and when I applied those qualities to my pregnancies I felt much more at ease and prepared. Being able to take those qualities and apply them to baby planning and to helping new parents is a dream come true and fuels me to learn more and provide better service to each family that I have the pleasure of working with. At BabyNav we have a true love and passion for everything maternity and baby related and have becomes experts in the field of baby gear. We look forward to sharing our knowledge, experience and unbiased expertise with expecting and new parents while they navigate their journey.

  

Why would I want a Baby Planner when I have friends and family and strangers giving advice? 

Friends and family are a great start for support but the world of baby is a fast changing one. Also, those loved ones don’t have the same home that you do, don’t have the same budget, may have had other children or pets, could have been either a working or stay at home mom, lived a more or less active lifestyle than you live or have a different design aesthetic. I pride myself in getting to know a family and understanding their lifestyle and the goals they have for their family. Before any of my services begin I offer a free 30 minute consultation so I get the chance to meet and get-to know each family. Once that takes place, every service that I provide to them is 100% customized and personalized. There are no 2 baby registries or tummy timelines that look the same because each one is created with that family in mind.

My most requested service is for baby gear and registry consulting. It can be truly overwhelming for parents to walk into a baby store and stop in any section to see there are sometimes hundreds of options to choose from in one category. At BabyNav, we have the most up to date information on available baby products, safety ratings and recalls, trends and new products to help expecting parents make those decisions. After getting to know parents, we can provide recommendations on baby products and baby gear that will work best for their family and lifestyle.
